Now, the latest poster for his biopic, Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, shows the grey-haired Luther star made up to resemble the former South African president in his later years.
The upcoming film co-starring Naomie Harris as his second wife, Winnie, charts Mandela's journey from fiery young activist to long-term prisoner, extending to his eventual release after 27 years of imprisonment and his election as President of South Africa.
